The Zambia Army is the land military branch of the Zambian Defence Force. The
Zambia Army comprises the Regular Force, Home Guard and the Territorial reserve
which is charged with defending the territorial integrity of Zambia from
internal and external aggression. Like all branches of the Zambian military,
citizens of the nation are required to register at 18 years old when they are
classified as adults in Zambia.
Its flag is green with a black bull which
is the emblem of the Army. The green flag is bordered with an orange border all
around.
